I'm bringing this thread back to life, because my questions are essentially identical.   I've already discovered the ability to upload documents to Cases. The thing is, I can only seem to find it in the Case tab. And when I go into customization, I can't find the appropriate table/screen that controls uploaded files. Where can ...

Vlocke- For the Job Items within the work order is "On Invoice?" checked? -Michael

lvharris- To be a bit more specific, you will need to customize the CRM_Home Dashboard screen. On that screen you should see objects that have a piece of paper as their icon, if you edit those objects and go to step 2, you will see an AssignedTo filter, delete it. -Michael

Shelley- Check the OnScreenLoad event actions for that screen, maybe it is using the Set View Filter action to set the filter view when the screen loads. -Michael

Blake- I will look into this further but the root cause is probably that the Method Sync is connected to the QuickBooks file which means its in use so it like having a user logged in. -Michael  

lpierpont- If you customize a date picker object and make it not show the time it will default to 12:00. One thing I am looking into as well is that in a grid it is possible to only display the date instead of the date and time but it looks like it still sorts with the time even though it is not displayed. I am going to put in a ticket for this ...

Any idea when we might see the ability to attach images like a .jpg or a pdf and or upload a photo is my dire need....

I am attempting to create invoices from work orders or work order lists.  I am not getting any error message.  It appears that the request takes you into a loop.  It does not create the invoice in Method so it cannot sync into QuickBooks.  If you go straight to create invoice in Method it works.  I have tried this in both ...

 HI Michael, I do not see an option to remove filter on the home page dashboard.  When I go to the report designer, it doesn't show a filter being added.  (Mood)  Frustrated. Sincerely, "Dazed and Confused"
