Created invoice number 63020 in Method on 12/9.  Synced to QBO.  Received payment in QBO on 12/13.  On the customer screen, I can see both the invoice and the payment in the transactions, but it appears the payment didn't apply to the invoice.  Customer still shows a "Current Balance" of $62.72 on the customer ...

 I did not mean anything bad about the first comment. I figured it was tied in with quick books  that would not leave me change it. Thanks for the other help. I did not know I needed to edit the report design also.
