The reason this probably isn't sorting the way you want it to is because of the DueDateStart for the Activities. The activities would all have to be for the same time (12:00PM as an example) for the second sorting to work.

Hello,
I have been unsuccessful in customizing the home page. All I am trying to do is remove the "Filter By User". I want to see ALL of my users on one screen for the "Opportunities By Sales Stage" and "Opportunities By Month". Any clues on how to accomplish that?

We're having trouble sending email . . . it keeps saying "operation timed out". And then if we try a different SMTP server it says something like, "user does not have permission to send as this sender".

You can store attachments within Method but you won't be able to edit them within Method. One thing that will be coming into play in the near future is this along with some other changes on how attachments are organized within Method. I can't give you an ETA on this but this is coming in the not to distant future.

What version of QuickBooks are you using? Did this error come up in QB or Method? If the error comes up can you get the exact error message or take a screenshot and send it to me. I personally have not seen this issue before.

This was an issue on our end and there was nothing you could do on your end to resolve it. It wasn't customization related.
