If it helps, I created the customer, opportunity and invoice in Method. The customer and invoice were then fed to QBO.

I was able to duplicate this but I think it may have to do with how the address is entered in QB. I will test this further and get back to you.

Are you using QuickBooks desktop or QuickBooks online?
Where is it showing the Company name? Is this on a certain screen or template(Invoice/Estimate/etc...)?
You could create a new field in Method to store the website or a new QuickBooks custom field to store the website at the customer level.

When I create an invoice in Method, it pulls the customer address correctly from the customer record.
