Clear my Method acct so I can start over

    Clear my Method acct so I can start over

    I can't get my QB and Method to balance, and there are no conflicts.  So best to start over with a clean slate.  Please let me know the process to have Method clear out my Method acct so I can resync.

    Also if I need to do this again in the future, if I had set up new DBs and reports on Method, can those be copied over so I do not have to recreate them again in Method?

    Hey Dave,

    If you would like your account reset, that’s fine. Please email your business consultant and they can start that process for you.


     In order to copy the reports, you would need a new account. Sync the new account to your QB company file, then import the screens that contain those reports. Once you have all the reports, you can email your consultant to have the old account deleted.
    Copying screens can be done in the Customization Tab, under the Screens Tab link.
