If you would like your account reset, that’s fine. Please email your business consultant and they can start that process for you.
In order to copy the reports, you would need a new account. Sync the new account to your QB company file, then import the screens that contain those reports. Once you have all the reports, you can email your consultant to have the old account deleted.
Copying screens can be done in the Customization Tab, under the Screens Tab link.
