    Method Push Failure

    I reset a new Method account linked to my staging test QBES file to their "live" file yesterday.  No issues with the Full or Changes Only sync but the Method PUSH fails.  I have never run across this and have no idea what to do next.  Has anyone run into this?

    Hi Paulette,

    Was there any message with Method PUSH when you were syncing?  I've seen this once before, but this was on a server environment.  Can you tell me a bit about the computer Method is being installed on?  Have you checked firewall settings, network settings?  Perhaps there is something in the network or firewall preventing Method from establishing a connection.  See this article on Troubleshooting Method PUSH
