Hello JoAnne,
It looks like you have accidentally added the same contacts/leads/customers twice. I would suggest clearing the list and starting again.
If you are choosing "Fill List with Contacts" when building a list, make sure the selections 'Fresh list - remove any existing List Builder records' and/or 'Duplicates - don't add contacts that have a duplicate email address'. These make sure you don't enter duplicate contacts.
When choosing Fill list with Invoices, there is no checks for duplicates. If you have invoices or contacts in the list already, it will not do any check that the record is already there.
