    undesired automatic action

    I've done a little customization, and it seems I may have created an automatic action I don't want. Whenever I choose "go to" a customer, when I get to their screen, "edit contact" automatically pops up. How can I change that. What I want is when I go to a customer, I want the screen to land on "Additional Information". Thanks.

    Hi Alyson,

    I would check the OnScreenLoad actions for your Edit Customer screen by clicking the Advanced button located on the left-hand section of the screen designer. It sounds like you may have some unwanted actions in there.
