Hello again method,
This whole week when people log in, it says that Method is updating screens. It updates anywhere from 7-40 screens when someone logs in. However these screens have not been modified/newly published in about 2 weeks. I was wondering if there way a way to stop this.

It does relate to the weekend move. It should only happen to your Users once. After that every time they login it should go straight into the account.
Is it happening to your Users every single time they login?

Its happens to me about every other time i login, and same with other users.
In that case, there is definitely an issue worth investigating.
