    API Is Down

    Guys, your API is down. No one answers the phone. No one answers the live chat.

    What now?

    We have 6 different users that stopped working at the AM - all different company files using different account logins with one main email address.

    It would be helpful to know when you are issuing updates to your API so your users can plan in advance. Now what?

    Hi Nick, 

    I apologize for the down time earlier today.  We experienced an issue with user authenticationUsers who sign into Method using their username insetad of their email address were not able to authenticate correctly.  

    This problem has now been resolved.
