Method Report Designer failed to connect to database

    Method Report Designer failed to connect to database

    Hi,

    This morning, my clients experience error that cannot load report correctly. The error is like 

    Error^Action Sequence Order:174^"Message":"ERROR: There was an unspecified error loading the report. Please check your Generate Report action to ensure all filters are setup properly, and that the report loads correctly in the report designer."

    I've checked the codes, nothing been changed. Try to login to report designer, The error message is "cannot connect to the database."

    Anything wrong in the method system to load the report? Please help, we need it to create invoice.

    Hello Alexhuang,

    Thanks for reaching out. We encountered an issue with one of our deployments that we did this morning. The issue has since been fixed and you should be able to generate reports. Please try now.

    Email support@method.me with the Account Names if the issue still persists.
