I have moved your post to our General Q & A forum since I don't think your question is specific to the Method Professional Services App.
Now, to answer your question, I did some simple testing and everything seems to work on my end.
QuickBooks only tests:
- Entered a bill in QB
- Paid the bill in QB
- Verified that it was marked as paid
- Added an additional line to the already paid bill
- QB gave me some prompts and warnings about this
- Went back into the bill to verify that it was no longer full paid
- Also verified in Method that the additional line appears in the bill payments screen
Method testing:
- Repeated the same steps in Method
Everything works out on my end using our original Method screens. I had QB open and running during my entire testing. Can you verify that you are taking similar steps and that QB is open and running for you as well?
