Bill and Bill Payment

    Bill and Bill Payment

    Hi,

    I need some clarification regarding Bill and Bill Payment in methods.

    We have added one more line item to an existed Bill, which has already been paid through Bill Payment.

    My problem is the bill which has been updated by new line item is not shown in the Bill Payment to pay. Is there any way to pay for the newly added line items in Bill Payment.

    Hi Navitha,

    I have moved your post to our General Q & A forum since I don't think your question is specific to the Method Professional Services App.

    Now, to answer your question, I did some simple testing and everything seems to work on my end.

    QuickBooks only tests:

    1. Entered a bill in QB
    2. Paid the bill in QB
    3. Verified that it was marked as paid
    4. Added an additional line to the already paid bill
    5. QB gave me some prompts and warnings about this
    6. Went back into the bill to verify that it was no longer full paid
    7. Also verified in Method that the additional line appears in the bill payments screen

    Method testing:

    1. Repeated the same steps in Method

    Everything works out on my end using our original Method screens. I had QB open and running during my entire testing. Can you verify that you are taking similar steps and that QB is open and running for you as well?
