how many emails we can send thru method thru our google account at 1 time that will not get me in trouble for spamming

There's no limit in the amount of emails you can send via Method. However there may be a limit imposed by your email provider, especially concerning Open Relay messaging. I'm not sure whether or not Google has any limits imposed, however it would be best to check with them or search for the answer using a search engine. We do have many Google users who send emails through Method and haven't received any complaints regarding a limit or sudden stop to their emails being sent , unless there was an actual issue involved. Let us know if you experience any problems or find the answer.

The only way i see is to email my customers that i can retrieve on the work order list soe for example if i select all work orders in date range i can get a big list of customers who have had servies performed, the problew with this method is there are many duplicates, how can i email thru method from 1 customer list? and how many can i send at 1 time without being spam

First let me expand on previous post: If you don't setup your own Default Email Preferences in Method, you do have a limited amount of emails that can be sent which I believe is 500. But if you setup your own email account to send the messages through, i.e. Gmail, then there is no limit imposed by Method.

From what I understand you will be sending emails to your paying customers regarding their Work Orders correct? If that's the case then that shouldn't be considered spam as it's related to a transaction/service paid for. The best solution for you would be to utilize the List Builder tool. With that you have three options: utilize Tags, customize the screen, or Export/Import data.
