First let me expand on previous post: If you don't setup your own Default Email Preferences in Method, you do have a limited amount of emails that can be sent which I believe is 500. But if you setup your own email account to send the messages through, i.e. Gmail, then there is no limit imposed by Method.
From what I understand you will be sending emails to your paying customers regarding their Work Orders correct? If that's the case then that shouldn't be considered spam as it's related to a transaction/service paid for. The best solution for you would be to utilize the List Builder tool. With that you have three options: utilize Tags, customize the screen, or Export/Import data.
