A user emailed support asking why his Listbuilder was not sending out emails.

In Step 4:Send an email(optional) of the Listbuilder, you must have the checkbox labelled Send email using template? checked. Otherwise, an email will not be sent. See the screenshot below.
Additionally, in Step 5:Process your list, you're given the option to Only process checked rows? If this is checked, only the contacts you have checked in Step 2:Edit your list will be processed.
