    Changing Bill to customer information without changing previous invoices and estimates

    Hi! Our septic management company uses the Site address as the customer's name.  As people move we get new contacts for that customer(address).   Is there a way to change the billing information without changing the previous invoices and estimates?

    Hi Jeremiah,

    When you create an Estimate or Invoice in Method, it will pull over the current billing information from the Customer record. So if you change that information, the new information will be pulled over going forward, but the old ones should retain the information from when they were created.
