followed the instructions on Method to add a birthday field, but I’m running into an issue. When I reach the last step to add the field to the collection form, it’s not available in the drop-down menu.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any advice on how to get the birthday field to appear in the drop-down would be greatly appreciated.
