When trying to calculate overtime (Allocate Overtime by View) I get the following error: "The remote server returned an error (400) bad request".

The first this was noticed was 4:00 pm yesterday and then again at 9:02 am today.

Hi Jonathan,

I’m trying to replicate this in my test account and everything seems to work. I tried calculating OT by both day and view. So, let’s see if I can replicate it using your exact data. Can you please email me the following:

1. Please walk me through the steps you take in Method as best as you can.
2. Include screen shots of the data from xora.com.
3. Include screen shots of the data from Method (connect with Xora screen)
4. What do your OT preferences look like under the setup? 
5. Are you using our original screen or a customized version?
6. Finally, enabling the MethodSupport user in your account would also help.

This will let me use your data in my test account.
