I and other clients sometimes cannot exit out of QB on our PC because we get a message that says some application (Method) is running and this prevents user from being able to exit QB or open another company file. Method sync engine has been closed but we still keep getting that message. Usually we have to reboot the PC or close the apps using Task Manager.
What is causing this, and what can we do to not get this message and be able to close QB or open another QB file? Thanks.
