Email Notifications to User appearing twice

    Email Notifications to User appearing twice

    Whenever email notifications are sent to users the are being sent twice.  Any ideas why?

    Hello MTN PATH,

    What kind of notification they are getting twice? Is it for all screens ot is it happeniing on a particular screen? Can you provide more detail on it.

    I only tested it with Cases and Activities.  It appears it’s only my own email that is receiving the notification twice.  We have a virtual email  for user “Admin” that forwards to several people (including myself).  If I initiate the case do I get a copy of the notification sent to my email as well?

    Hello MTN PATH,

    Yes , on the stock screen, once you create a case, you also get a copy of the email notification of the created case. And as you mentioned that you have a virtual email for ADMIN, so that could be the reason it is forwarding the email to you again.
