I developed a process in method new to automatically send follow up emails for open opportuntities. It loops through the opportutnity table and makes various updates as needed.

It is working, but never gets completely through because of this message

Where do I begin making corrections?

Can I get some feedback soon on this? I need to take another approach if what I'm doing is not going to work.

I'm working on this one, trying to replicate. In the process of importing > 600 opportunities. 

I'll report back with what I find out. 

You don't think it maybe on the Email server level timing out on processing the emails? Which provider is it? We may be able to find out if they have any restrictions.

Hey Mahlon,

It went through okay for me, but I did have about ~400 Opportunities. 

I am importing about > 200 more opportunities to try again, can you try adding a clause to the Loop Through Table action to only work up to 400 records? (add an AND to the WHERE).

I will test again with 600 records and let you know what i find out.

How can we tell whether time out is related to the loop or sending the email

Hey Mahlon,

I spoke to Nelson and he informed me you have a lot more Retreive Value from Table actions. Which is a cause for the issue and there is a ticket in for this. I'll keep you posted when I hear back from the developers and update our thread.
