 I dont seem to have a feild "note" on our device's (blackberry 9700) that is mapped to the notes section in quickbooks that syncs to the weekly timesheet note area.  I was told that it by default syncs but where is this "note" section in xora?  Do i have to set it up as a flex feild?  please help.  Thanks!

When you say 'note' on the device are you referring to a Xora FlexFiled? If so, yes it would have to be mapped using the FlexFiled mapping option to fetch the raw data from that field into Method for each entry. Use 'Notes' instead of the Custom Fields 1-10 as that is the only one that syncs with the notes field on the weekly time sheet in QuickBooks.

If this FlexField is not setup on your device you will need to contact Xora to configure that for you.
