Regarding the Calendar view, in principle Method has two ways; the first one involves editing the filter on the left of the calendar to show as many users as you like within the single calendar view. However, if you have many users, this view will quickly become crowded with many items. The second option involves creating a new calendar or changing the resource to ‘activity type’ instead of ‘assigned to’, however this option is not entirely supported by Method yet, as changing the resource also changes the resource in other tabs’ calendar such as Call Center. Should this not be a concern (say you only use that particular calendar in field services and don’t care about the other calendars), you are welcome to use this option. Our developers are working to have all calendars work separately in the near future.
