    Import Errors

    I have been trying to import leads into method but on some i get an error that says:

    Error:Save Warning: The Customer/Employee/Vendor/OtherName could not be sent to QuickBooks. This Name is already in use. Please edit the Name so that it is unique and save again.

    How do I fix this and import all of my leads?

    Hi Don,

    You will see this error message when the record you are trying to enter has the exact matching Name to one already in your account. The "Name" helps identify a particular record in your account and because it is/eventually will sync to QuickBooks, we follow QuickBooks' rules and require it to be unique. To fix the error you see during your import, you can either 1. rename the identified record to something else, or 2. delete it from your .csv file, which then means it will not get imported into your account.
