    work order and time tracking

    When creating work orders, I assign a time block that shows up on the work order calendar for the assigned job. To do time entry for payroll, I have to open a different screen and re-enter all the same information.

    Is there a way to have that all done once? Create the calendar event, adjust it for actual time worked, and then that data gets sent to payroll? It's tedious to double entry with 2-3 employees, as we grow it'll become far more tedious.

    Hi Tom,

    If you are referring to the Time Tracking entry we can automatically create time tracking entries for those completed work orders as long as we have a duration of time, or Start and End Times. - with customizations. We have our pay as you go plan to help with this set up. Let me know if you are interested in more info so I can send you next-steps.
