Method Community

Dear Support:

I have a grid built in Method:New, that contains a Link called 'View', that calls a Go to Screen actions for that specific record.  When I publish the screen, the link works fine, but when I return to that screen, the link is no longer operational.  The only way that I can make the grid links operational again, is to manually refresh the screen.  Any help would be great!

Just testing this one out now in my own account and having some trouble replicating this -  The 'Link Click' event is firing off successfully for me every time (using a go to screen action as well). Can you let me know the name of the Account / Screen with this customization so I can take a peek? Please feel free to email me at b.hargreaves@method.me if you'd rather not post that info on the forum.

Side Note - Was there any particular reason you were using a Column Link to navigate to a record rather that using the Row Click even on the grid? This is usually a cleaner way of performing this kind of customization.
