Has anyone successfully used Method to send SMS messages using a third party SMS gateway? If so would you mind sharing?

Yes, we have created an integration with a third party app for sending SMS messages. In this case it was for notifiying customers in advance of service and/or service completion.

Thanks for the reply Matt!! I'm looking more to remind employees to clock in and out as the emails tend to get overlooked. I'm sure the process would be very similar. Would you be willing to share some info for a fee or would you need to do the customization? Please PM me!

I'm interested in implementing this kind of "Customer Notification" into Method.

We're currently using Ring Central for our phone services and they have an open SMS API.

I would love to talk with you on how you implemented this and whether this is a feature in SaaSphalt.
