    Training Opportunities for Users with Small Budget

    Last year we employed a Method Partner to help us with customization that goes beyond that covered in the Method Classic Help Center. However, that got very expensive & we have a limited budget. Does Method have training courses available to help users like me, who have a software engineering background, to understand the more advanced possibilities/best practices of Method CRM Development?

    Hi there. There's a few options available to you.

    1) We have some free webinars on customization on this page:

    You'll see 6 of them for "Customization" pre-recorded.

    Also, if you are using the "Classic" version of Method, there are help resources free here:
    https://www.methodintegration.com/method/kb.aspx?folder=methodcrm&article=Best-practices&id=256

    2) If you are looking for assisted services, you could look into training from a partner (https://www.method.me/partners/). Perhaps the same partner who did the customization for you last year, could be hired to train you on how to do customization?

    3) We also have an in-house Method Professional Services team, which is another option for assisted servcies. We have situations where our team does a customization job for you, but does it as a screen share while you on the phone with them, essentially teaching you how to customize by you watching us actually do your customization. https://www.method.me/support/customization-services/
