Hello. New user here. Certainly like what I see so far.
I need to be able to move the existing emails that I have sitting in Gmail into the CRM so I have a record of what happened with each client before I moved into Method. Other CRMS have had an email address that you could forward your existing email to.
Is that the case here? If so, I can't find it.
I am a one person operation, operating on a Windows 10 pc and using Chrome as my browser.

Agree this would be a nice feature. I have worked with other CRMs that allow you to bcc your CRM account with emails to create a record.
You can definitley logged the emails in Method as an Activity and attached to the contact you want to. In Method, we use Method:Sidebar for Gmail to do that. Also, here is an article on Activities in Method.
We do not have a dedicated email address where you could forward all the emails in Method. My other question is whether you want to attach them to any customer or lead in Method?
