Just wondering if local IP PBX call system can be integrated with Method system. Need to get a pop up in Method screen if call from some customer is received on local IP PBX.
Let me know if you come up with a solution for what you are trying to do. I think that I am going to integrate a call through the RingCentral API and log the call activity in Method when clicked. It would be nice if there was a current integration.

That is indeed an amazing feature to have. We do have this on our features list to have in Method. But in the meantime, you can use the ringcentral API to achieve this in Method.
Inder, Could you walk me through your process flow? We do use RingCentral as you guys do.
Bob, unfortunately that is out of area of my expertise. But I have seen some companies have achieved this with the help of API developers. But we do have this as a feature request on our end to have this in future.
