Mark - there's no limit. During the first month you can add as many users as you like. Just keep in mind that when the first subscription invoice goes through on the one month anniversary of the trial sign-up, it will charge based on the number of users at that time - so it's the user's responsibility to make sure the appropriate number of users are active at the end of the trial period.
