    I'm looking to create some automated drip campains in Mailchimp that would be sent to customers that have gone "cold" but still have a chance to convert in the future. 

    I understand the process of setting up the automation in Mailchimp based on tags applied to customer, but I dont quite know the best way to deliver that information from Method. Is there a way I can have Method send our customer list with tags based on their stage of the sales funnel, and will that list update as the customer profile is updated?

    Hi Rich,


    Once MailChimp is connected to Method:CRM, you can export all the contacts listed in the grid to a MailChimp list. 

    The export will respect the filter views and the current search results. So if you search for a particular tag, for example, a "VIP" tag, then only contacts tagged with "VIP" will be sent to MailChimp.
