In order to export the customer contacts to print them, follow the following steps:
1. In Method go to Customize -> Integration Tools -> Go to import/export...
2. Choose to Export a table to a file
3. Pick the "customer" table from the list of tables and select the fields you wish to export. In your case this would likely be:
- FullName, FirstName, LastName, Phone, AltPhone, Email
4. Choose the format you would like to export in. Let's say you chose CSV (the default).
5. Click Export to File...
6. In Excel (depending on which version of Excel you are using), go to data -> external data sources -> Import data from a text file.
7. Select the downloaded CSV file, and in the Text Import Wizard, make sure you select delimited by "comma" (CSV stands for comma separated value) and hit Finish.
You should now have a printable spreadsheet of your customer contacts.
