    It shouldn't be this hard to find, but where can I go to download the Outlook integration?

    Hi pdirect,

    Kindly refer to this forum post for the link to the Outlook Plug-in and supporting information. We have a dedicated forum specifically for the Outlook Plug-in, if you have any questions regarding the plug-in, don't hesitate to post them there.

    Thanks, but it seems it would make more sense to make this available in a "downloads" or "applications" section instead of a forum.

    It's also located under Customize > Integration Tools > Email/Calendar Integration within Method itself.  That will automatically take you to the post Denis is referring to.
