    Method CRM Activities

    Method CRM doesn't save the activities or follow up information in the appropriate box fields.

    Clicked save and back, and webpage freezes, has error codes.

    Troubleshoot by clearing the browser cache (opera, firefox) and still does not resolve the issue.

    Also, can't send multuple recipients or collaborates an activity, which is not feasible in our organization. Fix this issue please.

    Doesn't offer any data enrichment services to best help maximize efficiency.

    Can't say I'd recommend this to anyone.

    Thanks for reaching out to Method!

    I did a quick test on your account and was able to successfully saved an activity without any error. I will have a Support Specialist reach out to you to assist you with the error you encounter on the screen. 

    In order to send activity to multiple recipients, the screen would require further customization to incorporate the workflow you desire. If this is important for your organization, I would recommend speaking with your Success Maanger and evaluating the next best steps to achieve this.
