    Customer Screen Filters

    On the Main Customer Screen I would like to add a filter criteria that excludes leads that are lead status.  I'm trying to set a cretia of isleadstatusonly not equal to yes.  It keeps defulting back to is equal to no.  The problem with this is that Customers entered directly in QBs do not have the field populated with a yes or no value.  The other option is how do I populate the field with a no value?

    Hi Heather,

    This issue is now resolved.  "no" is treated the same as "null" so the filter "is equal to no" should now work for you.  Please try it out and let us know how it goes.
