PDF Printing issue

    PDF Printing issue


    I thought I would share with everyone that I was having PDF printing issues. I am using a toughbook using XP with a service pack of 3. When I chose to print a report, it would show the report in the preview section and it was looking good. Then when i decied to print, it would come up with errors saying that it could not print then anouther error message saying there is no data.  I logged into my wifes new computer using windows 7 and there were no issues printing anything from Method.

    I down loaded the latest Adobe reader and still the same issue. The trick is, when your in the preview mode, press the print button, then choose the advance button.  In that window make sure the "print as a image" is checked. Problem solved.

    Thank you for sharing this with the Method community. I have used Method and printed from Method on a Windows XP machine running SP3 and didn't have any issues. I tested it again today just to make sure it works and it does. Maybe it's something specific to that computer?
