Was in Method - working in Outlook and got a Locked out of accunt message - Need acct restored

    Was in Method - working in Outlook and got a Locked out of accunt message - Need acct restored

     I was working in Method (under Firefox)...  Had QB open and saw that transactions were going back and forth..  Then attempted to  add new contact through Outlook and and got this message...

    "You have attempted to login with out Success 5 times in a row today...Account placed on hold.."

    So what happended, how to prevent in future and please reset account ASAP.

    It's a security check.  If an account fails to sign in successfully with 5 tries, then the MethodAPI (which the Outlook add-in uses) holds the account until it can be reset by us.

    The regular Method sign-in now has it so that after 5 failed attempts it makes you wait 10 minutes until you can try again, and this will likely be extended to the MethodAPI in the future.

    You account should be good to go now.  Can you verify?
