When using Qxpress desktop, I was able to send a notifcation to a customer saying there is a service visit in the future through Outlook.  It created a email and sent it though outlook. Does QXO have anything like that?

For any question particular to QXO it is best to post on the QXO forums since we aren't familiar with the features available in QXO as it is developed by the QXpress Team using the Method Platform.

The only integration Method has with Outlook is through the Outlook plug-in. The outlook plug-in allows you to add any email sent through outlook as an activity in Method. You can find more information about the outlook plug-in by watching this webinar Here.
