    Reinstalling Method Integration

    My old computer crashed and I have had to reinstall Method on my new computer.  Once the Engine has downloaded and I gave permissions to QB to allow Method to sync, the Engine stays stuck on: 

     

    2/23/2011 1:41:36 PM OnDemand from desktop only mode
    2/23/2011 1:21:34 PM OnDemand from desktop only mode
    2/23/2011 1:01:32 PM OnDemand from desktop only mode

    Method PUSH status:  awaiting secure https connection

    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times I continue to receive this same error...

    Hi Michelle,

    It sounds like you need to reset the computer that Method considers the Main Computer or the server computer. To do this login to Method and go to QuickBooks > Synchronize and click Reset for Computer to Sync with and then perform a Full Sync using the Method Integration engine.  You may also need to reset your QuickBooks file name if the file name has changed as well.
