Transaction Table Fields not displaying data

    Transaction Table Fields not displaying data

    Hi Method Team,

    I am having difficulty getting the "Account Number" and "Balance" feilds to display on  the Contacts Portal- Transactions screen.

    I have tried several different methods to get the fields to display, but with not luck. I tried:

    - Calling actions on page load

    - Checking for record ID

    It seems that the table fields are empty or the screen isn't retrieving the  Customer or Record ID, But yet the Transactions Table shows the current customers charges and invoices.

    Can you take a look at my screens and tell me what may be missing? or give me instruction on how I can get these fields to display properly?

    Hi Matt,

    Are you trying to pull the Balance and Account number for the customer as a whole? Or are you trying to process some information for each individual transaction?

    If you are trying to pull the balance and account number for the customer as a whole, I would use the Retrieve value from table action and retrieve the fields from the customer table based on value from session Portal-Entity FullName. These actions are probably best placed in the OnScreenLoad event.
