All my emails from Method are going into my customers junk box

    All my emails from Method are going into my customers junk box

    Good Afternoon.

    As a test i sent out 10 estimates to my customers. Out of those 10, 9 got the emails sent to their junk email box. One did not get the email. 

    The email account that i am using is the same account that i have been using for the last few years. Before Method, i would use Outlook and send emails from saved pdf files. 

    Any idea what could be going on?

    Hi John,

    Maybe it has to do with the content of the emails. Method doesn't actually send the emails out directly, it communicates with your email server and your email server sends out the emails.

    Ok, i will call at&t and see if im doing anything that makes it spam.

    Michael,

    According to AT&T it all depends on the person getting the email and their spam filter settings. So if this is a new customer, i would have to send two emails to them. One would be the estimate the  outher to tell them to check their spam filter.
