Nothing is working

    Nothing is working

    I have a seasonal business, and when I tried syncing method with quickbooks, QB says the certificate is invalid.  I rebuilt my data base and the same problem continues.  Then I tried to redownload method sync engine and it won't download completly.  Any Ideas??

    Chris - we've seen this twice in the last week.  Both times it was a virus the users had on their computers blocking their computer from reading certificates, and therefore blocking QuickBooks from reading them. 

    I recommend doing a virus scan. I hope that helps.
