Adding items to drop down lists

    Adding items to drop down lists

    I have created drop down field called Crew.  I can see a screen called Crew related to this field but I do not know how I add items to it.  Please help.

    Hi JKM@SA,

    If you hover over that screen in the list you should see an option to view the screen. If you view the screen you can add entrys to it which will populate your drop down list.

     I am able to view the screen but it is not clear how to add entries.  Should I see a button to add entries?  I don't have one.

    Hi JKM@SA,

    Do you see a Crew text box on the screen? Enter the Crew name and click Save and New.
