Already created actions not showing up to edit?

    Two questions:

First, I have added actions to my estimate screen, but when I go back to edit them, they aren't anywhere to be found in the edit section, yet the actions are still being used in the screen...why are these not showing up for edit?

Second, I was wondering if Method was capable of having picture icons that allowed a user to choose the item through that method instead of the dropdown item menu that shows up out of the items set up in Quickbooks.

    Thanks!

Where on the screen are you putting these actions? Are you putting them on a object or on the screen itself(OnScreenLoad)?

It is possible to add FileAttachment fields to a table and then have those display on a grid. You could create a grid with picture and have a select button that adds that item to your transaction.

I put them within the object in the edit screen of the estimate line in customize..and is the picture thing something that would need more advanced knowledge of Method? I'm learning as I go so I will try to figure it out, but we may end up coming to you guys for help on that one.  Thanks for getting back to me.

I am not exactly sure what you mean here, could you send me a screenshot of where you put these actions?

This is pretty straight foward. You add a field to the table, then add that field to a grid and then add some actions to insert that item into the transcation's line table upon clicking it.

This problem is still occuring and I'm not sure what's going on, this time it's not even when I sign out and go back, it's as soon as I close out, I can't go back and edit the actions I just created.

    HI Jessica,

Does this happen everytime? For example if you were to add some actions right now, close the object you are working with and come back the actions are now gone? If this is the case can you email me your account name and ensure that MethodSupport is enabled (Customize > Users), and let me know the exact screen and object you are adding actions to so I can try this for myself.
