Activity Cluster

    Activity Cluster

    Is there any way to make an activity cluster so that when you choose one group of activities, the rest populate in the order that fits best with the business?  For example, if we rec'd a lead and needed to schedule the appointment, then confirm the appointment, then go to the appointment and so on, is there a way that once the first is chosen the rest will automatically follow in a group without having to select them all individually?

    Hi Jessica,

    I'm not exactly sure what you mean but if you were to look at the lead from the customer level it would display all the activities they have scheduled.

    I'm talking about having a group of activities that are related to each other, but instead of having to assign each one to someone, once you assign the first in the set, the rest will follow automatically.

    Hi Jessica,

    Currently there is no way to do this using the current Method screens but you can customize Method to fit these needs. One example is using Shared Results to store information (such as an assignee) and pass that information to other activities you create.
