Error in custom screen

    Error in custom screen

    posting on behalf of client.

    *****************************************

    Instead of displaying the usual lead list, this error is being displayed instead:  "invalid column name "salesRep_RecordID'

    any ideas?

    Hi,

    Have you tried regenerating the table that the screen is based off? (Look for the table click Edit Fields... then Finished Editing Fields)

    Have you tried republishing the screen? (Edit the custom screen and click Publish)

    Lastly if this screen was built of a default Method screen do you experience the same issue on that screen?

    Some additonal questions:

    Is there a SalesRep field on the table the grid is based off? Is it a dropdown?  If not a dropdown, at one point in time (i.e. when the grid as created) was there a SalesRep dropdown and was it removed?

    Yes there is a  dropdown sales rep field on the table this grid is based on..

    I have republished the screen and I get the same issue. Also when I go into the customer table and click "finish Editing Fields",

    I get an error message... this error is sent to method

    Can you send me a screenshot(s) of all the fields that are listed in that table?

    I was working with the customer file last night is it possible the file I'm working with didn't get updated??
