    Complete Removal Of Method Integration Product

    The product works as advertised. Does not meet client needs. I have uninstalled Method Listener, Method Integration Engine, and QBFC8 using the Windows 7 (64 bit) Control Panel. When I open some, but not all, QB 2010 files, I still get the request to enable Method to access/sync the data in the file. I am not seeing issues with QB 2009 or QB2011. How do I ensure the product and all its bread crumbs have been completely removed? I have tried re-installing and then un-installing the product a 2nd time. That does not work. I have tried to go to a prior restore point however MicroSoft has wonderfully installed a Service Pack that will not permit me to back up before it, hence I'm stuck where I'm at. Any suggestions would be greatfully appreciated.

    Hi Dan,

    You can find the complete uninstall steps HERE on page 12. Since you are using Windows 7 the location of qbsubconfig.xml should be C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks.
